“Friends” star Matthew Perry has sold his Los Angeles penthouse, which was originally listed as the most expensive condo for sale in the city.
Perry ultimately sold the pad for $28.3 million (US$21.6M) this week. That was about 38 per cent lower than the original asking price of $46.4 million (US$35M).

The “mansion in the sky” takes up the entire 40th floor of the Century building, a 42-story tower in Century City. It first hit the market in August 2019 for $35 million.
The price was cut to $27 million in July 2020, then again in November to $23 million, then removed from the market at the end of 2020. It was relisted in April at $23 million.
