New McGrath Office at McMahons Point

Leading agent Nigel Mukhi, who returns to McGrath after six years, will head up the new McGrath McMahons Point office as co-principal alongside partners John Paranchi, Peter Chauncy, and Tracey Dixon. The office will service the harbour foreshore areas from McMahons Point to Kirribilli and further up to North Sydney. Mukhi describes these areas as some of the most liveable in Sydney, particularly with the opening of the Metro.

Impact of Sydney Metro

“The new Sydney Metro has added immense value to the entire precinct, making commutes to surrounding areas much quicker,” Mukhi said. North Sydney’s new Victoria Cross Station means commuters can reach Barangaroo in three minutes, Martin Place in five minutes, Chatswood in five minutes, and Macquarie Park in fifteen minutes.

Welcome Back to McGrath

McGrath CEO John McGrath welcomed Mukhi back, calling him “one of the best agents in Australia for over a decade.” Mukhi’s focus on the lower north shore has helped him build an enviable client base. Mukhi recorded 47 sales totaling $172 million over 2024.

Joining Mukhi at McGrath McMahons Point is top sales agent Annika Bongiorno, who returns after several years with Stone Real Estate. McGrath McMahons Point will be the sixth office led by Paranchi, Chauncy, and Dixon, with other locations in Mosman, Crows Nest, Willoughby, Hunters Hill, and Lane Cove.
