“When Harry Met Sally” star Meg Ryan has introduced a buyer to her Montecito, CA, home.
The actress bought the coastal retreat in February 2020 for $5.05 million, and quickly added her own touches. Now, 18 months later, she’s flipped the property for a hefty $13.25 million, according to Dirt.
You’ve got renovations
Photos from when the home was on the market in early 2020 display a modern farmhouse style. Ryan added a sleeker, more contemporary look and tapped local design-build firm Becker Studios for the project. Because the place was sold in an off-market transaction, no recent listing photos are available.
