An auction event this Sunday will feature a total of 102 properties spanning from Pimpama to Coolangatta on the Gold Coast. Eight Ray White offices from the area are collaborating, presenting a variety of properties including apartments, luxury mansions, and suburban family homes.
Gavin Croft, the chief auctioneer of Ray White Queensland, emphasized the event’s aim to offer more options for first home buyers, investors, and families. Notably, this marks the first time Ray White has worked collectively as a group on the Gold Coast, demonstrating a strategic approach to address market dynamics and buyer needs.
Among the properties up for auction is 2102 The Circle, Sanctuary Cove, showcasing the diversity of offerings available. Croft highlighted the current scarcity of stock, noting an increase in listings compared to earlier in the year, providing buyers with more choices.
One of the properties, 141 Riverstone Crossing, Maudsland, owned by Rochelle and Shawn Cawood, stands out for its high demand location and features. The couple expressed confidence in the auction process, citing the benefits it offers for their sought-after property.
The event reflects a growing preference for auctions in southeast Queensland, with Croft noting a significant uptick in auction calls. Scheduled alongside Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew and Ray White’s head of performance Benson Spong, the auction will take place on April 21 at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, starting at 10 am with registrations opening at 9 am.
