Frankston and Macedon Ranges have been revealed among Melbourne’s bulletproof regions for home sellers.
Every house or unit sold in the municipalities in the September quarter made a profit, according to property data firm CoreLogic’s latest Pain & Gain report.
Vendors in fellow outer ring regions Mitchell, Moorabool, Murrindindi and Nillumbik also toasted perfect profitmaking strike rates to buck a citywide trend of falling gains.
