Hollywood actress Michelle Pfeiffer and her TV writer and producer husband David E. Kelley listed their Los Angeles mansion for a whopping $A33.5 million this week.
The Pfeiffer-Kelleys have owned the seven bedroom and 10-and-a-half bathroom Mediterranean style home since 2019, buying after it was newly built, according to entertainment news site Dirt.
They bought the home, in the ritzy Pacific Palisades, off-market for $A29.8 million, but even though the couple paid that hefty price, it’s not known whether they actually moved in there.

With open plan features, the home has interiors filled with natural wood flooring and marble accents and accessories. It also has an antique, carved stone fireplace.
It also has a large swimming pool, impressive wine storage area, home cinema and views across the exclusive Riviera Country Club which has initiation fees of up to $250,000 and annual fees of $25,000.

The palatial mansion is 959 square metres in size and sits on more than 1400 square metres of land.
It’s not the first time the couple has put a home up for sale. They sold another home in the Pacific Palisades for $A12.2 million in 2019.
