Model and influencer Jesinta Franklin has sold the Mosman investment apartment she bought two years after being crowned Miss Universe Australia.
She pocketed $1,005,000 through Vernon Partners agent Adam Vernon who had given a $1 million to $1.1 million price guide.
She was 17 when, with $500 in cash and plenty in determination, she deferred her journalism studies at Bond University on the Gold Coast, and headed for Sydney where she was crowned Miss Universe Australia in 2010 when she was renting in Potts Point.

Jesinta Franklin has sold her Mosman investment unit.
She then paid $605,000 for the Spit Rd property in 2012, with it always having been a rental.
The impressive 107 sqm space, with access off Awaba St, has a living room, two very large bedrooms with built-in-robes, plus a sunroom.
Her late 2021 offering, and new year sale, was timely as there are now more than 40 Mosman apartments listed on realestate.com.au, with 12 of them posted last Friday which will test the depth of the market.
The model and influencer made a $400,000 profit on the home.
