The two-storey home has a big backyard, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, but the key attraction of the 802 square metre property is its 180-degree views taking in the Swan River, Indian Ocean, Perth cityscape and Fremantle Port.

Swan and East Fremantle Yacht Clubs, cafes, parks and the river are just a short walk from the property.

The 1970s-built house is prime for a renovation or to be knocked down for a new build.

Property prices in East Fremantle have remained steady for the past 10 years but the suburb saw growth of about 3.9 per cent over the past year.
