Forest Lake has been revealed as Brisbane’s most popular suburb to buy a house this year.
New data analysis from Domain Group has identified the top 10 suburbs for volume of sales for houses and units during the 12 months to October 2018.
Overall, Brisbane City came in at number one for houses and units combined — 508 units and 27 houses changed hands over the 12 months, bringing the total properties sold to 535.
