The southernmost bach for sale in New Zealand is not that easy to get to.
First you have to get to Stewart Island; then you have to take a water taxi, or hike for several hours, because there is no road access to the bach, (or should we say, crib) at Kidney Fern in Paterson Inlet.
But the difficult access and rustic lifestyle is not putting people off. Far from it. Turns out that is the lure for potential buyers.
