A 590 square-metre house in Piha with expansive views is currently the most-viewed house on Trade Me.
With 102,660 views at time of publish, the house beats the second most-viewed house – suffragette Kate Sheppard’s former home in Christchurch – by more than 7600 views.
The contemporary, six-plus-bedroom Piha house is built over three levels to maximise the stunning views of the ocean and Lion Rock, and has two accommodation wings. Listing agent Victoria Turner of Bayleys Real Estate, Titirangi says it feels like a “European lodge”.
