- The future of Shelly Bay is uncertain after opponents to a proposed development challenged its sale at the Port Nicholson Block Settlement Trust (PNBST) annual general meeting (AGM).
A motion was passed at the AGM on Saturday calling on the board to cease its discussions with developer Ian Cassels to allow members to determine the future of the land.
