Musical chairs in Kāpiti Coast real estate industry

There have been a couple of significant office/brand mergers on the Kāpiti Coast.

Firstly seasoned professional Rachael Steinmetz has moved her sales business and her Property Management division from Tall Poppy to Property Brokers in Paraparaumu

Secondly Professional’s on the Kāpiti Coast have moved over to Harcourts. Eddie Winkel was Director of DoubleWinkel Real Estate that had the Professionals brand on coast. He started his office ownership in Kāpiti Coast buying Castle Real Estate 20 years ago and had a number of office on the coast.

Both Rachael and Eddie have developed exceptional reputations in the area, and both movements will bolster the fast growing Property Brokers brand and strengthen the Team Wellington Harcourts franchise which has had a change of ownership structure and leadership recently.
