According to Architectural Digest, the Black Swan alum and her husband, dancer and choreographer Benjamin Millepied, listed their home late last year, though the news was only made public earlier this week. The mansion wasn’t on the market for long, however, as it reportedly sold quickly in an off-market deal. The buyer’s identity hasn’t been revealed.
The couple haven’t lived in the house for very long, though they earned a slight profit on it. Benjamin and Natalie were first reported to have purchased the property in 2017 for $6.5 million.
Located in Santa Barbara County’s Montecito, the property features 10.4 acres of land. The 3,991 square foot home was designed by famed architect Barton Myers, and features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
