Tauranga City Council is now facing 21 legal claims with every Bella Vista homeowner suing council as negotiations breakdown.
In front of a crowd of supporters 19 homeowners of the failed development rejected the council’s recent offer saying accepting it would render them unable to ever purchase property again.
Their announcement follows that of two other homeowners who on Tuesday decided to pursue the matter through the courts.
