The prices fetched by The Block NZ: On Point contestants were disappointing, given the houses are in an upmarket part of the newly developed suburb, neighbours say.
The four terrace houses in Hobsonville Point’s Frances Bryers Rd were auctioned by Ray White in the final episode on Sunday, selling for between $921,500 and $1,009,500.
Hobsonville Point’s FaceUP Real Estate director Kim Robinson said the prices were lower than they could have been given the location.
