Neighbours list homes as ‘package deal’ with $22 million price tag

A GROUP of neighbours are joining forces and selling their homes in the hopes of pocketing $2 million each.

Nine couples from 11 adjoining lots in Macquarie Fields are inviting buyers to snap up their prime piece of property with price expectations of about $22 million.

The home sites are a combined 5500sq m parcel near the local train station, in a patch earmarked for rezoning and apartment-style living.
