Selling Sunset on Netflix is all about glamour, luxury and expensive houses most of us will never get the privilege of even stepping foot inside, let alone living in. The real estate agents at The Oppenheim Group sell the priciest houses in LA to the richest people there – but the cast of Selling Sunset have some pretty impressive net worths themselves.
They make thousands in commission every time they sell the huge properties, and many have had other jobs in lucrative industries before as well. And not to mention the actual Oppenheim twins, who run the most successful real estate agency in the area and are now absolutely rolling in it.
According to Celebrity Net Worth and other reports about them and their worths, here is just how the rich the Selling Sunset cast actually are.
Romain Bonnet – $500k
Romain is a model, and first moved to LA as a pastry chef. He works in construction now, and recently joined The Oppenheim Group as a project manager for many of the listings.
Amanza Smith – $1million
Before joining The Oppenheim Group as a real estate agent, Amanza used to work as an interior designer and home stager. She’s also worked as a model, with one job including being a briefcase model for Deal or No Deal. Amanza joined the cast of Selling Sunset in season three, and now has a net worth of an estimated $1million.
Maya Vander – $1million
Maya has made most of her money through real estate. She’s been working for The Oppenheim Group in LA for several years and also works with Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Miami.
Mary Fitzgerald – $1million
Mary has earned her impressive net worth through a long career in real estate. She has been working for The Oppenheim Group for 10 years and previously sold property in London and New York.
Davina Potratz – $2million
Davina has previously been a model and worked in the entertainment industry. She’s just left The Oppenheim Group in a “purely business” decision, after a rivalry agency offered her an opportunity she said she couldn’t refuse. She’s worth $2million but her net worth would rise considerably if she sold that $75million listing, mind you.
Christine Quinn – $2million
Christine has had a very impressive career. She started in the entertainment and fashion industry before settling into her career in real estate. Now, she makes thousands in commission as an agent. Her husband Christian is estimated to be worth around $20million (£15million), too.
Heather Rae Young – $3million
Before becoming a realtor, Heather worked as a model. She began her career as a professional model at the age of 18 and has done shoots for Playboy. Heather also used to be a pilates teacher and has had some minor TV and film roles.
Emma Hernan – $3million
On The Oppenheim Group website, Emma describes herself as a “self-made millionaire” and she has a reported net worth of $3million. Emma was previously a model, and started working in business aged just 14, when she began investing. She was reportedly helping to finance her family’s business by the age of 17. As well as being in real estate, Emma is a successful entrepreneur. She works in vegan food, and is the CEO of her own frozen food company called Emma-Leigh & Co, which launched in 2020.
Vanessa Villela – $5million
Vanessa has a reported net worth of $5 million, which has mostly been earned through her successful acting career in Mexico before she became a real estate agent in LA. She began her acting career early in life performing in a variety of TV shows and soap operas. Her works, including El Señor de los Cielos, Una Maid en Manhattan, and Eva Luna, have been televised in over 120 countries.
Chrishell Stause – $5million
Out of all the realtors, Chrishell has the most bucks. She’s one of the agency’s most successful agents at the moment, and before that had a career in acting. Her previous television roles include Amanda Dillon in All My Children and Jordan Ridgeway in Days of Our Lives.
