Auckland developer Willis Bond & Co has unveiled a new apartment development for its multi-million dollar Catalina Bay project with 52 apartments to be built starting at $850,000.
Stage one of the development at Hobsonville Point, 11 kilometres from the Auckland CBD, is almost completed.
It involved the restoration and refurbishment of historic airforce buildings into a mixture of hospitality, commercial, office and retail spaces as well as a new home for the Farmers Market.
