It’s easy to imagine Prineshan Moodley’s rented digs belonging to a young business exec or a working professional.
The Hamilton studio unit is modern and neat and has its own ensuite and kitchenette.
And, of course, the place is hooked up to fibre broadband.
But Moodley is a Waikato University student and it’s a fair bet everyone else living in the five-unit townhouse on Knighton Rd is a student too.
Moodley, 29, is one of a growing number of uni students who prefer the convenience – and comfort – of modern townhouses and apartments over flatting in a 1960s era house.
