New homes from $139,200 launch today

A new player is entering the Queensland house building sector, and is promising to “fill the gap in the affordable housing market”.

Rivergum Homes, which has previously operated only in South Australia, will target first home buyers when it launches its eight new house designs today. The eight homes start from $139,200 with upgrade options available.
