New Plymouth Airport looking for multi million-dollar bailout

PHOTO: TARANAKI-DAILY-NEWS New Plymouth as been economically decimated by Covid-19, New Plymouth District Council says.

New Plymouth District Council has been asked to handover between $19 and $25million to bail out the council-owned company that runs New Plymouth’s airport.

The independent airport company, Papa Rererangi i Puketapu Ltd (PRIP), is asking the council for a $19-25 million cash injection.
