What’s got three storeys, three bedrooms, spectacular seafront views and a near $3 million price tag?
Answer: three seafront homes that have just hit the New Plymouth market – and they’re attracting international interest.
One of the three homes has already sold, while the other two can be yours for $2.9m each, Taranaki Harcourts marketing consultant Jack Kunta said.
The homes, whose price tag puts them among the most exclusive residential properties in the city, are just a few minutes walk from the CBD and a stone’s throw from the sea. And despite the price, they are actually far cheaper than any similar property in the bigger cities, Kurta said.
