Two next-door neighbours have teamed up to sell their Modbury Heights properties, which together span more than 1300sqm.
The homes at 2 Shortridge St and 10 Hargrave St are on the market, giving prospective buyers the chance to snap up both as a package deal.
Selling agent Mohit Gupta, of Ray White Tea Tree Gully, said the owners of 10 Hargrave St first approached him to sell their home.
He then asked the owner of 2 Shortridge St if they would be interested in selling as well to sweeten the deal.

“They’re different owners and have different circumstances,” Mr Gupta said.
“(Those) interested in one are interested in the other as well.”
Mr Gupta said purchasing the two properties meant there was potential to build five dwellings on the site instead of two if they were sold separately.
The two properties could also be split into three if the buyer desired, he said.
For this reason, Mr Gupta said developers had been showing keen interest in the sites.
“Also families who are looking to have properties next to each other,” he said.
