ONE of the hottest properties on the Noosa market has sold for $5.2 million on the back of a wave of record-breaking sales in the area.

This beachfront home at 36 Seaview Tce, Sunshine Beach, has been snapped up by a mystery buyer in what was the biggest sale in Queensland in the past week, according to property research firm CoreLogic.
