Casa Campana, set in the Tweed Coast hinterland, has sold for $3.3 million with the property’s lucrative insta-branding business included in the deal.
The white-rendered dream home was conceived by Sophie Bell, founder of creative design agency Peppa Hart, and her husband, Michael.
It was designed in collaboration with Bonnie Hindmarsh, Lana Taylor and Erin Cayless of Three Birds Renovations, to become a sought after photo shoot location for fashion labels.
Casa Campana, which has around 19,000 Instagram followers, has been bought by Avalon Beach couple, Olivia and Marcus Smith, who established the Genii printing business.
The house has nearly 19,000 followers on Instagram.
The sale included the insta business.
The 1.31ha rainforest block at Nunderi, in the hills behind Casuarina Beach, was sold by Brent Savage and Ethan Price, of LS Properties with Kristian van der Beek taking the marketing campaign images. There had been a $725,000 build estimate after the block cost $380,000 in 2017.
The four bedroom, two bathroom residence has whitewashed walls, concrete floors and a breezy layout with arched walls. The heated saltwater pool comes with cabana.
