The ‘Edinburgh of the South’ is set to get the Tall Poppy treatment, with the launch of the new Dunedin franchise meaning fairer real estate is now available in the city and surrounds.
The branch may be new, but the expertise of owners Leona Munro and Andrew Berryman is not, with the pair bringing combined decades of experience in the real estate industry to the new business.
This adds to a solid foundation of local knowledge, as both are born and bred locals who know the region and market like the back of their hand.
While the franchise covers the entire wider Dunedin area, Leona says she’s always had a soft spot for Taieri Mouth, where she says most people know her.
Getting involved in the local community both there and in throughout Dunedin has been part of her life for as long as she can remember, with the launch of the Tall Poppy business meaning she’ll be able to do even more.
Supporting the Taieri Beach School is on her agenda – even though it currently only has five students.
