OLYMPIC and Commonwealth Games medallist Samantha Riley has emerged as the buyer of a luxury “dream home” on the Gold Coast.
Property records show the former professional swimmer and her husband Tim Fydler last year spent $2.875 million on a waterfront property at Palm Beach.
The couple bought it within two weeks of it hitting the market, and ahead of its scheduled auction on December 2.
They then put their Burleigh Waters home on the market in January. It currently has a price tag of over $2 million.
The couple’s new five-bedroom, four-bathroom home at Barracuda Court was built by Ian and Jill Campbell and features water views from every room.
