Rapidly expanding Australasian network, One Agency, has announced the appointment of Bayshore Real Estate Fiji’s three offices to their network, the brand’s  first members in the Pacific Islands.

With offices in Nadi, Lautoka and Suva, One Agency Bayshore Fiji  is headed  by Arif Khan, a widely experienced residential and commercial  real estate business owner in California for close on two decades, who five years ago decided to return to his homeland, having watched the positive new direction of the republic from afar and was drawn to become part of that.

The association was confirmed at  Bayshore’s annual awards dinner in Lautoka, attended by One Agency’s Head of Australasian Membership, John Stewart and the brand will be rolled out in the three markets over the next few weeks.

“We’re delighted to have as experienced a leader as Arif on board and with  such a successful and growing team. Each of us brings value to the other’s business and respective networks,” Stewart commented. “Arif has built a very strong business these past few years and with the current team is poised to become a major force in the Fiji market, something we’re right behind.”

Arif Khan commented, “Having been part of an innovative and fast growing brand in my USA businesses, I knew that was the kind of organisation I wanted to associate with here. One Agency delivers that  and  the model is fiscally sustainable, a critical factor certainly.

“My teams are delighted to be part of One Agency and through that, to have gained reach into the Australian and New Zealand markets, particularly given the residential and commercial value that our government is now offering  overseas purchasers and investors.” he added.

Stewart commented that “We’re working on a number of other international opportunities and the model we’ve created with Arif, for  Fiji , will be the framework for that expansion.”

CEO and Founder of One Agency, Paul Davies,  commented that the move into the Pacific Islands was a logical evolution for the brand, “The island nations are vibrant real estate economies, often already hosting Australasian franchise offices,  plus strong local independents, so the value proposition of One Agency is as valid there as in Australia or New Zealand, possibly even more so.

“It’s fair to say we’re talking with interested parties in a range of nations and island groups,” he added.
