A brand new one-of-a-kind home in Sydney’s west will be auctioned off to raise money to fund the fight against childhood cancer.

The luxurious four-bedroom Children’s Cancer Institute’s ‘Build for a Cure’ house sits in the prestigious Mulgoa Sanctuary Estate in Glenmore Park.

It was built in just two months despite the challenges of Covid with every element, from the land through to the labour, donated.

The ideal family home, sits on almost 900 sqm on a prized corner block next-door to the local park. The Hamptons inspired house is the final home available in the sought-after Mulgoa Sanctuary.

“We are thrilled to unveil such a beautiful home, that was built with love, under very challenging circumstances,” Children’s Cancer Institute’s Head of Fundraising and Marketing, Anne Johnston said.

“This house will become a wonderful home to a lucky family and the proceeds of

the sale will help our researchers advance their work to ultimately find a cure for all children with cancer.”
