This stunning, award-winning Queenstown house captured a lot of attention when it was listed for sale late in 2017 – for two reasons.
The first reason was its distinctive architecture, and the second was the asking price of $6.15 million, which was nearly treble the recent RV of $2.12 million.
Figures from Property Guru now show the 422 square-metre house has sold for $4.350 million, which listing agent Terry Spice of Luxury Real Estate says is a “healthy” price for the area.
