An OnlyFans star-turned-property investor has recently purchased a coastal acreage for $1.4 million after missing out on a luxury eco dream home that sold for $5.6 million at auction.
Annie Knight, 27, known for her success on OnlyFans, described the $1.4 million purchase as “the best impulse buy ever.”
Dubbed Australia’s most sexually active woman after revealing a body count of 300 people in one year, Ms. Knight made an offer on the Queensland property after missing out on another house called Kingfisher House.
OnlyFans creator Annie Knight was searching for her third property.
Her dream home is spacious, light-filled, and in a private location.
“I wanted the house so badly – it was a little out of my price range though,” she said of the 2022-built architecturally designed Kingfisher House, which sold at auction after a competitive bidding process.
Continuing her search, Ms. Knight found another house she loved but discovered it had termites and drainage issues, making it at risk of flooding.
She struck that house off her list and moved on to her next choice – a charming acreage home surrounded by bushland.
“I was boarding a flight to Sydney and quickly called my mum to attend an open house inspection that was starting in 10 minutes,” she said.
“By the time I landed, mum said the property was fantastic, on an acre, and had so much potential.
“So I called the real estate agent and put in an offer, and the next thing I knew I had bought my third property,” she said.
The marketing agent declined to disclose details of the sale prior to settlement but confirmed the offer was “very close” to the $1.4 million asking price.
Ms. Knight plans to rent out the three-bedroom house before demolishing it to build her dream home.
“I wanted a huge block of land to build my dream home without restrictions. I plan to build a luxury three-storey home with a modern farmhouse vibe, with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a pool, a big garden, a gym, and lots of light,” she said.
Ms. Knight, previously a marketing manager, started creating adult content in 2020, growing her earnings from an initial $10,000 to between $170,000 and $200,000 a month.
She bought her first home for $750,000 in October 2023 and four months later purchased an investment property, a three-bedroom house priced at $695,000, which was rented for $695 a week.
PropTrack data shows home prices in the suburb of her latest purchase increased by 15 percent over the past year, with a median of $1.35 million.
