A new property in the Adelaide Hills has been acquired by Davie Fogarty, the 28-year-old founder of a successful Australian clothing brand. With an estimated net worth of $250 million, primarily from the creation of the Oodie, an oversized wearable blanket, Fogarty shared his latest purchase, worth $4.35 million, in a house tour video on his YouTube channel.
Initially searching for a house in Noosa, he changed his plans upon discovering the property in Mylor, canceling all other inspections in the city.
The four-hectare estate features a fully-furnished four-bedroom, three-bathroom home and offers a serene escape from the urban environment, complete with paddocks, a ceramic workshop, an outdoor bath, and space for two miniature goats.

Fogarty, who grew up in the Hills and finds solace in nature, emphasized the importance of connecting with the environment, particularly for entrepreneurs dealing with high levels of stress.
Despite acknowledging the allure of luxury and the desire to find peace, he expressed genuine excitement for the new property, which he believes will bring him the fulfillment he seeks. In addition to his real estate ventures, the young entrepreneur will be joining the cast of Shark Tank Australia as the show returns to the silver screen after a five-year hiatus.
