Originally listed in February for $6.06 million (US$3.995 million), the charming compound surpassed expectations, selling for $6.52 million (US$4.3 million) this week—an impressive $305,000 over its initial asking price.
Stone, who recently clinched her second Oscar for her performance in the comedy-drama “Poor Things,” acquired the 1920s Spanish-style estate in 2019 for $2.3 million, as per records.
This recent sale isn’t the only property transaction for Stone; in 2022, she sold one of her New York City apartments at a loss.
