Listed by Highland Double Bay Malouf’s David Malouf since last November, the level 40 Horizon apartment now has a $30 million price guide, down from $32 million.

Packer-Barham, a fan of the area, sold her two-bedroom apartment in Encore, the former Sebel Town House at 21 Elizabeth Bay Rd, for $2.6 million in 2020, having bought it for $2.1 million four years earlier. She sold it through Richardson & Wrench’s Jason Boon and Geoff Cox to move into the Horizon penthouse, which she purchased for $16 million in October 2019.
