- Palmerston North’s tallest building has gone on the market, as its landmark tenant starts the construction of a new headquarters.
FMG House on the Square was listed for sale on Monday, with its price to be negotiated.
Building data provider Emporis lists the 12-storey building as the tallest in the Palmerston North skyline, at an estimated 42 metres high.
