Petrol station on prime Auckland site sells for $23 million

• A former Caltex service station on Auckland’s growing waterfront has been sold by Z Energy for more than $23 million.

The 155-167 Fanshawe St address in the Wynyard Quarter sold for $23,274,000 – around its valuation but more than four times its $5m value as a service station.

Situated opposite Victoria Park, the 3879 square metre site has been sold to an unnamed developer.
