One house that was only listed five days ago shows how desperate buyers are to get into the property market after skyrocketing prices.
An insane photo shows how out of control the Sydney property market has become with a long line of people desperate to see a three-bedroom house that doesn’t have a $1 million plus price tag on it.
The house, which is located in the suburb of Warrimoo in the Blue Mountains, held its first open inspection on Saturday with a long line of people desperate to get inside the home and check it out.
Marketed by Ray White Nepean as the “perfect opportunity for first home buyers”, the house has a price guide of between $679,000 and $729,000.

However, the house was last sold in 2019 for $445,000, showing the huge jump in property prices in the space of a few years.
It includes a renovated kitchen that flows into the living and dining space and out onto the balcony overlooking a bush backdrop, a fully renovated bathroom and laundry space with free standing bath tub and built in robes in two of the bedrooms.
Situated on a 1391 sqm block, other features include gas cooking and split system airconditioning
