A long-standing slice of KFC is up for sale in Porirua, North of Wellington.
The sale of the land and building housing KFC Porirua is going auction as part of a Restaurant investment rejig.
The property across the road from North City Shopping Centre was built in 1998 and KFC, owned by global fast food giant Restaurant Brands, opened the following year.
Bayleys Wellington agent Mark Sherlock said the property’s original owners were selling as part of a reassessment of their investment portfolio.
The city centre-zoned property has a rateable value of $1.57 million.
