Roxy Jacenko, the PR queen, recently made a permanent move to Singapore. She has leased a luxurious apartment in the prestigious Ardmore Residence, known to have a monthly rent of approximately $45,000.
The apartment is a grand four-bedroom space, and though Roxy has not moved in yet, she’s temporarily staying at the Capella residences while the Ardmore apartment is being prepared. The Ardmore Residence, designed by renowned architect Ben van Berkel, is a 36-story tower conveniently located near Orchard Road’s entertainment precinct.

The apartment boasts a seamless integration of living and dining areas, complemented by a shaded, double-height balcony ideal for entertaining guests. Each of the four bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, providing ample space for Roxy, her husband Oliver, and their two children, Hunter (nine) and Pixie (12).

The well-appointed kitchen comes with V-Zug appliances and a Liebherr refrigerator. The living and dining areas feature luxurious travertine marble, while the bedrooms boast beautiful oak flooring. Additionally, residents have access to shared facilities like a 50-meter lap pool, jacuzzi, children’s pool, gym overlooking the pool and gardens, and an elegant clubhouse.
During her wait for the new apartment to be ready, Roxy is rumored to be staying at the exclusive Capella Singapore, and she recently traveled to Los Angeles to furnish the new property. A complete set of furnishings will be airfreighted to Singapore for her new pad.
Roxy was spotted at the main heritage building and by the pool, dressed in a simple black dress, Hermes sandals, and a diamond necklace during a family outing. Her recent relocation to Singapore was prompted by the desire to be with her husband Oliver Curtis, bidding farewell to her beloved Sydney. The move seems to be going smoothly, especially after Roxy made a substantial profit selling her Vaucluse mansion for $16 million.
As she embarked on her new life in Singapore, Roxy shared a photo of herself on the plane, sitting in first class, with the caption, “end of an era,” showing a hint of sentimentality about the significant change.
