Lower Hutt’s traditionally working-class suburbs are experiencing bigger property value increases than their better-off neighbours.
Unfancied just a few years ago, the likes of Naenae and Wainuiomata are experiencing a boom within a boom, says Professionals real estate agent John Ross.
House prices across Lower Hutt had increased but low socioeconomic and working-class areas had seen the biggest change, the company’s sales figured showed.
