House prices in some of Auckland’s most sought-after school zones are down compared to January last year.
Homes.co.nz’s estimated the median property prices for different Auckland school zones, and found the biggest fall in the the “double grammar zone”, covering homes zoned for both Epsom Girls Grammar and Auckland Grammar, where it estimated the median property price was down 3.9 per cent.
Despite the price falls in some school zones, prices remained high.
