That is the life-changing dilemma an RSL Art Union ticket holder from New South Wales faced after winning the latest prize home draw.
The winner had to choose between a three-bedroom CBD Sydney apartment with or a five-bedroom canalfront home at Broadbeach Waters, Gold Coast and $555,000 in gold bullion.
