Whilst the Horowhenua District Council and Waitarere Rise Limited did meet with residents during the week – the water situation has got worse and is threatening homes. Homeowners are trying to pump water but with no stormwater drainage in the development – the water has nowhere to go
Council, Iwi and Australian based Forestry Management have refused to help any of the residents pump the water into the forest (owned by the Crown)
