Nicole Jacobs has braved “confronting” auctions to snap up 13 properties from The Block over the years. Here’s how she pulled it off.
Auctions are always scenes of nerves and adrenaline — but when The Block properties go under the hammer, things are even more frantic and “confronting”.
That’s according to Melbourne buyers agent Nicole Jacobs, who has managed to snap up a record 13 The Block properties for her clients over the years.
The impressive haul of properties is worth a combined $30 million, averaging around $2.2 million per home.
Clearly, Ms Jacobs has never let the tension get to her, famously scoring three of the five properties from the 2017 season and besting rival agent and Block veteran Frank Valentic from Advantage Property Consulting.
