New Zealand property queen Nikki Connors knows the investment property market. She’s been around for longer than most and has guided clients through multiple property and financial cycles.
“Property is, and will remain, the best long-term investment option for most of us,” says Connors, principal of Propellor Property Investments. “I know how to manage the bad, as well as the good times, in property investment.”
In 2018 Nikki made predictions about the property market that she received criticism for, but time has proven her right – interest rates have softened, large-scale property developments are being cancelled due to lack of funding, and the government’s affordable housing plans are still to get out of the starting blocks – all things that Nikki predicted.
“For property investors this is good news,” says Connors, “they can enjoy better returns and reduced vacancies, due to the high demand, which also gives them a very attractive solution for paying off the family home.”
A self-described ‘fabulous failure’, (and the title of her best-selling book), Connors attributes a significant part of her journey from failure to success lies in property investment helping her achieve financial security. Now financially flourishing, she wants to pay-it-forward and has made it her mission to help others enjoy a better life — both now and in retirement.
