“It is like the Domain.com or the realestate.com of the late 19th century and early 20th century,” says Maggie Patton, chief curator of the State Library, of the subdivision plans. The collection details the collective dreams of Sydneysiders from 1860 to the 1930s to own their own home and land, she says.
