A PROPERTY millionaire slammed for criticising Millennials’ smashed avo habits has had the last laugh — cracking the top three of the Young Rich List for the first time ever.
Tim Gurner, whose Gurner firm has over $3.8 billion worth of projects across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, was named in the top three of the 2018 Financial Review Young Rich List.
The results, out at noon, saw Atlassian co-founders Mike Cannon-Brookes and Scott Farquhar hold joint first and second positions for a record seventh year.
