Queenstown Realtor Harry Hollyer Launches Evolv Property: A Locally Owned Real Estate Revolution

Harry Hollyer, a prominent Queenstown realtor, has launched a new real estate company, Evolv Property, and believes that being locally owned gives him a competitive edge. Hollyer, who recently re-established the LJ Hooker brand in Queenstown, asserts that smaller companies can offer a more personalized strategy and stronger relationships with clients compared to big corporates.

“The cool thing about being a locally-owned business is the money that comes into the business stays in Queenstown. By not having to pay a head office, we’re able to spend more money on marketing,” Hollyer explains.

Evolv Property is also introducing the ‘Evolv Buyer Programme’ to educate buyers. “It’s not a buyers’ agency, but it’s a programme that’s going to allow us to work closely with buyers. In our industry, buyers often get left behind and receive less support because an agent’s job is to get the best price for the seller,” Hollyer says.

Hollyer believes that better-informed buyers also benefit vendors, as they are more likely to be comfortable potentially paying more for a property.

Evolv Property will focus primarily on residential properties priced between $1 million and $2.5 million. “We’ve already got some cool properties,” Hollyer adds, which will be launched today via his website,

Hollyer is optimistic about the market’s future, stating, “Within the next two or three weeks, I’d say we’ll see it pick up quite substantially.”
