According to Darren Sadler, Director of Woodards Real Estate Dromana, this beach hut is a rarity in Victoria, being one of the few double-story beachfront properties available. Nestled in privacy and seclusion, this property boasts a prime location for fishing, with plenty of opportunities for catching calamari and whiting off the nearby rocks. Additionally, it’s conveniently located near an 80-meter boat ramp, perfect for launching kayaks.

With recent sales in the area surpassing $600,000, beachfront properties like this one are increasingly seen as valuable investments. This trend is underscored by the recent sale of a Blairgowrie boat shed for $900,000 and a Portsea beach hut fetching close to $950,000, indicating a steady rise in beachfront property values.
